No in app purchase restore

Cant contact developer opens FACEBOOK and no page opens! My wife bought 3.99 some gems. They still havent shown up. When you try to go back and buy again cause they are not there it says "already purchased" will be restored for free (this is what it should be doing). Then it just sits and loads. She LOVES the game please address our concern and we will edit our review.
